Thinking Out Side The Box with Your Job Hunt

With the competition being so fierce with job hunting, we need to start thinking outside of the box in how we market ourselves.  Like most posting to the major and not so major job boards, joining networking communities, and completing countless online job applications, may not have been getting you the results you like.  We can take a few tips from those Internet Marketers and Online Business owners and apply them to what we currently are doing to land that next job.


The Internet Marketer and the Job Seeker do have some things in common, both spend hours online posting to advertise,  products/services, skills/qualifications (respectively); are highly competitive because of the mere numbers just to name a few.

Not Just Another New Year's Resolution..."Loose Weight in 2010"

Yes, we are at the time of year again, when we make all those promises that we just cant seem too keep (stop smoking, exercise more, and loosing weight).  Yea, we may be on track the first few months, but then, the fad seems to were off, we just get side tracked or hit a brick wall.  The brick wall, has always been the issue with those seeking to loose weight.  Most feel that it just is not coming off fast enough and then tend to slack off, or they find that they gain it all back so they give up. 

We all know that losing weight can be a challenge, the issue then becomes how do we keep those extra pounds off for good?  Here are some good suggestions:

So ... You Think You Have What It Takes?

 You might have asked yourself at one time or another if you have what it takes to be self-employed or as they say on the web "work from home", "be your own boss", you know where I'm coming from. From my own personal experience coming from a family of entrepreneurs (that spans three generations), I've put together my short list of qualities I feel are needed for self employment.
Self employment does seem to be quite fascinating and one of the best ways of leading your life, but just pause and think - are you really cut out for self employment? There are people who can do quite well being self employed and there are people who just cannot get into the drift. So where do you fit in?
